Reservations and cancellations

Reservations at Kricket can be made directly through our website or via third-party booking platforms. By completing a reservation, you are confirming your intention to attend at the date and time booked.

For certain reservations, including large party bookings and private events, we may require a deposit or credit card guarantee at the time of booking. Details of any deposit requirement will be made clear before you confirm your reservation.

If you need to cancel or amend your booking, please do so as early as possible. Specific cancellation policies, will be specified on your booking confirmation.

We reserve the right to release your table if you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your reservation time without prior notice. If you are running late, please contact the restaurant directly.

Kricket reserves the right to cancel or amend a reservation in exceptional circumstances. In such cases, we will contact you as soon as possible using the details provided at the time of booking.

Gift vouchers

Gift vouchers and cookbooks are available to purchase through our website via Gift Pro. The following terms apply to all gift vouchers issued by Kricket:

• Vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
• Vouchers can be redeemed against food and drink at any Kricket restaurant, but cannot be used toward service charge, delivery orders, or private event deposits unless otherwise stated.
• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no cash value.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers cannot be replaced.
• Vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer unless otherwise stated.
• Kricket reserves the right to refuse a voucher that it reasonably believes to be invalid or fraudulent.
• Kricket may issue vouchers on a complimentary basis, that are subject to different terms and conditions. These will be listed on the voucher.

Delivery orders

Delivery orders can be placed through our website via Slerp, or through third-party platforms including Deliveroo and Just Eat For Business. By placing a delivery order, you confirm that the information you provide, including your delivery address and contact details, is accurate and complete.

Once an order has been confirmed and dispatched, we are unable to make amendments or cancellations. If you have a problem with your order upon receipt, please contact us at hello@kricket.co.uk and we will do our best to help.

Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by factors outside our control, including traffic and weather conditions. We are not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery partners.

Promotions and offers

From time to time, Kricket may run promotions, discounts, or offers. Unless otherwise stated, the following conditions apply:

• Offers are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time without notice.
• Only one offer or promotion may be used per booking or transaction, unless otherwise stated.
• Offers cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings or purchases.
• Offers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Card-linking rewards through Yonder, Krowd, and Eat Club are subject to the terms and conditions of those individual programmes.

Website use

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, disruption to the site or impairs the experience of other users.

While we take care to ensure the information on our website is accurate and up to date, we do not guarantee that it is free from errors or omissions. Menu items, prices, and opening hours are subject to change without notice.

Our website may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for your convenience and do not signify our endorsement of those sites. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of any third-party websites.

We reserve the right to suspend or withdraw access to our website at any time without notice.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kricket shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our website, a reservation, or a purchase made with us.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.

Governing law

These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
